If you own a PC with genuine Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 operating system, you can get Windows 10 upgrade for free anytime within the next 1 year from its release date. If you’ve updated your PC operating system regularly, you should see a small White Windows icon at the right side of the task bar.

It should start downloading Windows 10. This method may work only if you have reserved an upgrade.
Using Free As a Windows Insider
Windows beta testers, aka Windows Insiders could use Windows 10 for free. I’ve already described the free Windows 10 way in another article. Please find the process here.
For Having a Fresh Install
Those who have a genuine copy of Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1, can use those license credentials to have a fresh Windows 10 installation. But before going to get a clean install to leave existing Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, please read this helpful trick, because your Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 product key might not work readily with Windows 10. It needs some tricks. Have you opened the post? Okay, now download the Windows 10 ISO file from this official source and create a bootable media with it. Then install the OS on your PC.
If you don’t have a Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 license, and you are not going to be a beta tester, you can still use Windows 10 by purchasing it. The newly purchased Windows 10 license keys will work instantly, so you would not need any trick like the upper instance. Please visit this Microsoft Store link to purchase Windows 10. And yes, Windows 10 pre-loaded computers are also coming to market. Contact your nearest stores to buy a new machine with the latest operating system. That’s it how to get Windows 10!
